It is an honor for me to have recently been appointed as Pro Consul General and Diplomatic Ambassador for the Principality of New Utopia by His Serene Highness Prince Lazarus Long. I have only been associated with New Utopia for a year or so but have already realised that Prince Lazarus has been taking a concerted effort in promoting and developing this new nation for the world.  “New Utopia” is the realisation of the dream for many people in the world.

I am sure that in the near future a major development process will kick start with the construction of the PNU airport landing strip and administrative buildings.

As for myself, for last ten years or so I have been involved in promoting Education Charter International as the key charter for the Global Civil Society known as CCLP Worldwide. I have been the acting Secretary General of CCLP Worldwide.

Although I have not yet contributed much to the development of New Utopia I will strive to promote New Utopia in France and nearby Countries. My recent concerted effort brought about recognition of New Utopia by the Global Civil Society CCLP Worldwide. This, for the promotion of the Education Charter internationally among the citizens of New Utopia. As a result, the International Council of CCLP Worldwide has recognized the Principality of New Utopia as a sovereign nation of the world.

I have begun contacting the media houses of France towards the promotion of the New Utopia project and I have also taken all efforts to establish official diplomatic relations between France and New Utopia.

My new office in Lyon is serving as an information centre for the citizens of France.
